Job Description
• Responsible for the maintenance, overhaul and preparation of all company’s tooling.
• Carry out workshop tasks as and when required.
• Attending EFAT testing as and when required, this may entail global travel.
• Compile and manage maintenance logs for all Intervention Equipment.
• Assist with maintenance logs for all intervention equipment.
• Assist with the maintenance of large value asset owned and project funded intervention equipment.
• Assist in sourcing new tooling parts, clarification on part queries.
• Providing technical support to Project Teams, Offshore Crews and Tooling Technicians on all Tooling related issues.
• Responsible for on-pass of technical knowledge to Tooling Technicians and ROV crews (where applicable).
• Promote safe working practices.
• Responsible for on-pass of technical knowledge to Tooling Technicians and ROV Crews (where applicable).
• Conduct all activities within the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• College or industry education and/or training in an Engineering or Mechanical discipline. Or considerable proven experience in the operation/maintenance of ROV related tooling.
• Fully familiar with all aspects of intervention tooling, application, operation, repair and maintenance.
• Possess current certificates for all operational areas as per Oil & Gas UK and other relevant guidelines (preferred).
