Job Description
• Ensure monthly and year end accounts, forecasts and audit files are accurate and timorously prepared in accordance with divisional and group timetables
• Provide accurate cash flows prepared in accordance with divisional and group timetables
• Provide Analysis to financial Director
• Ensure cash collection/receivables are managed effectively highlighting and mitigating risk
• Manage support areas of finance team including purchase ledger, cash and intercompany accounts
• Recruit, motivate and continuously develop required skills within your team to deliver
• Continually monitor and update systems and processes to ensure data can be accurately analysed and reported
• Ensure your team are clear about delivery targets for each area of their responsibility
• Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibility
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
• Formal accountancy Qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
• High level of Microsoft Office Skills – Particularly excel/spreadsheets
• Ability to advise and train staff
