Office Admin Assistant

Job Description

This is a permanent role based at our client’s location in Bucksburn. The successful candidate will join a small team focussed on procurement activities, sourcing and supplying materials and equipment for oil and gas operators in the Caspian Sea, Central Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southern Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a definite career path where hard work and willingness to learn will be rewarded by development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry - quotations, POs, delivery notes and invoices
  • Expediting outstanding orders
  • Logistics – speaking with freight forwarders to get proofs of export and ensure the database is kept up to date
  • Filing
Desired Qualities / Qualifications
  • Sage Line 50 experience preferred
  • Ability to think outside the box and take initiative
  • Willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm
  • Team player
