Our client, a recognised service supplier to the O&G industry, is actively looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Due to the urgency of this 6-8 week assignment, applicants must be immediately available for work in order to be considered.
This administrative role will see the successful candidate be responsible for all administration in respect to stock, and ensure it is managed effectively and in compliance with company processes and systems. The position supports the Operations and Project Coordinators, with the booking of stock, making deliveries and ensuring SAP is updated accordingly.
Key tasks will include;
- Updating assets in SAP
- Creating monthly work orders
- Updating picking list – for extra parts
- Mange and capture the returned parts from offshore
- Create and dispatch paperwork via SAP
- Organise freight, logistics and export of equipment
- Goods receipting
- Stock ordering
- Process unit returns
- Organise inspections
- Miscellaneous dispatch notes
- Coordination of maintenance work orders
Desired Qualities / Qualifications
Our client is looking for someone who can ensure the timely flow of information between departments and clients, and ultimately provide efficient administrative support to the Operations team.
Candidates must have past knowledge and experience of using SAP, as well as excellent administration skills, including report writing.
