The position requires someone with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in offshore recruitment

• Full Recruitment Cycle
• Lead a small drilling team
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Work with the team to advertise open positions
