This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual with experience working on diesel engines, generators and associated equipment, carrying out routine maintenance, servicing and fault finding.

The Role:-
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and generators, diagnose and fault-find mechanical issues, prepare and repair equipment for operational use
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance
Assist with workshop-based mechanical projects and repairs
Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment
Complete relevant service and maintenance documentation
Potential for ad hoc offshore trips as required

About You:-
We’re looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Generator Technician or similar
Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working on diesel engines and/or generators
A practical, hands-on approach to maintenance and repair
Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
BOSIET certification is preferred, as there may be opportunities for occasional/ad hoc offshore work. Candidates without current BOSIET may still be considered for the onshore position.
