Our client in Aberdeen is recruiting an Onshore / Offshore Recruitment Administrator on a temp to perm basis.

This is a full time role working 37.5hrs Monday - Friday.

Duties include

  • Provide admin support to Onshore Recruitment & Offshore Resourcing teams
  • Interview coordination
  • Preparation of job adverts
  • Screening of applications
  • Manage candidate feedback
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment life-cycle
  • Check candidate availability
  • Pre-employment certification checks

Previous experience in a recruitment administrator position
