Onshore / Offshore Recruitment Administrator
Our client in Aberdeen is recruiting an Onshore / Offshore Recruitment Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
This is a full time role working 37.5hrs Monday - Friday.
- Provide admin support to Onshore Recruitment & Offshore Resourcing teams
- Interview coordination
- Preparation of job adverts
- Screening of applications
- Manage candidate feedback
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment life-cycle
- Check candidate availability
- Pre-employment certification checks
