Procurement Team Lead

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Procurement Team Lead for our client in Aberdeen.

This is a full time, permanent role.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain key accounts with clients
  • Liaise with the key members of staff both onshore and offshore to ensure their needs are met and that supply of goods and services is to their satisfaction
  • Source and supply goods from enquiry stage to dispatch
  • Prepare tenders/pricing/documentation and RFQs
  • Ensure QA requirements are met – data sheets, test certificates to be supplied with relevant goods
  • Supervise and assist in the training and development of Assistant Buyers, Buyers and Senior Buyers
  • Actively participate in budget planning and achieving financial targets
  • Participate in the marketing and future growth of the business
