Team Journey

Team Recruitment was established by Terry Allan in July 1997, following the acquisition of ABC Recruitment. Since inception, senior management have focused on developing an integrated recruitment package and have since expanded the businesses service offering.

Team pledge £25,000 to four local charities: CLAN, Maggie’s, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary specialist Heart and Coronary Care Unit and Friends of the Beatson

Company restructure and the appointment of Lynne Duncan as Managing Director

Business diversified with the introduction of three new divisions: Commercial, Executive and Engineering in addition to the core areas of Offshore and Trades
