The short-listed candidates will be presented to you, giving you an insight to the people behind the CVs; their career choices, their priorities and their motivations.
We will work with you and your chosen candidate to negotiate the crucial period ahead of their start date, allowing you to organise the necessary internal actions and the candidate to make a smooth transition.
After placement we will remain in close contact, ready to review your future recruitment needs, having gained an all-round understanding of your business and its possibilities.
