Our process begins with meeting you face to face in order to identify your recruitment needs. From there, we will work together to develop a solution by creating a Role and Candidate Specification which clearly describes the right fit for your team and your business.


Your Team consultant will start the search process, firstly looking at our extensive network of experienced candidates as well as connecting with potential individuals who are actively looking for new opportunities.


A shortlist of candidates will be prepared, based on their skill set and career history and how they match your business expectations. We strive to meet each and every one of our candidates as part of the screening process, in order to gauge a fuller understanding of their experience.


The short-listed candidates will be presented to you, giving you an insight to the people behind the CVs; their career choices, their priorities and their motivations.


We will work with you and your chosen candidate to negotiate the crucial period ahead of their start date, allowing you to organise the necessary internal actions and the candidate to make a smooth transition.


After placement we will remain in close contact, ready to review your future recruitment needs, having gained an all-round understanding of your business and its possibilities.
